In 2025, Futurelabs Enterprise Co Ltd, through its subsidiary Futurelabs Europe Srl, announces its acquisition of Britec Srl, a historic distributor of electronic solutions with more than 15 year’s experience, specialising in Displays, Cables, and Components.
This operation marks a strategic step: Futurelabs Europe Srl expands its customised solutions and its technical and logistical support for customers, distributors, and business partners in the national and EU markets. The product portfolio is now larger and stronger.
